"I’m ready to move my CCTV system and smart switch hardware to a single, polished application that runs on iOS, Android, and a lightweight web portal. The first milestone I’m targeting is rock-solid live streaming from multiple cameras, with low latency, adaptive resolution, and secure user authentication.

While live video is the immediate goal, I’d like to design the codebase so that recorded-video playback and full smart-switch control can be added later without a major rewrite. If you’re comfortable with a cross-platform stack—Flutter, React Native, or a comparable framework for mobile plus a responsive web front end—please outline how you’d structure the project, handle the video pipeline (e.g., WebRTC, RTSP, HLS), and secure the streams.

I have no hard deadline, so quality and maintainability take precedence over speed. Source code, concise setup instructions, and a short demo build for each platform will be the expected deliverables for this phase." (client-provided description)
