"I need a full-featured university management system built in PHP (Laravel or a comparable modern framework). The application will run on our own server and must offer three distinct entry points secured by role-based authentication:

• Admissions & Registration portal – staff should handle student enrollment, manage course offerings and sections, and post or adjust fee information without touching anything meant for other departments.
• Student self-service portal – once they log in with their university ID number, every student has to see current and past grades, an automatically generated transcript, their up-to-date course schedule, and real-time financial account status. They must also be able to submit course-registration requests if seats are available.
• Main management dashboard – the university admin needs granular user-permissions control, consolidated system-wide reports (enrollment statistics, fee collection, academic standing, etc.), and one-click data-backup/restore options.

Key expectations
• Clean MVC architecture, responsive UI, and clear separation of concerns.
• MySQL (or MariaDB) as the primary data store; RESTful endpoints for future mobile integration.
• Source code documented in English, pushed to our private Git repository.
• A short demo database plus step-by-step deployment guide so we can replicate the environment in-house.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three portals authenticate independently and redirect to their proper dashboards.
2. Role permissions prevent cross-access.
3. CRUD operations for students, courses, and fees run without SQL errors or data loss.
