Project description:
"I need a Windows-based desktop application that attaches to Android and iOS handsets via USB, runs a complete series of diagnostics (battery health, network connectivity, hardware component status and roughly seventy additional industry-standard checks), then performs certified data erasure when requested.

Each session’s results and certificate of erasure must post automatically to a central server through a RESTful API you will build. On that same backend I also need:

• A responsive, web-based dashboard that lets me watch live progress, pull historical reports, download erasure certificates, and filter by IMEI, model or customer name.
• Simple username-and-password authentication with role levels (admin, technician, viewer).
• A lightweight storefront/licensing page so customers can purchase the software, create an account, and manage their own seats.

Core deliverables
1. Windows desktop client installer with device discovery, diagnostics, erasure and automatic upload.
2. Secure API and database schema for storing device data, user accounts and purchase information.
3. Web dashboard (HTML5/CSS/JS or modern framework) matching the features above.
4. Admin documentation, API docs and build scripts so I can redeploy on my own server.

If you have experience bridging Android ADB / iOS libimobiledevice (or similar), USB communication, and web backends, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.
