"I need a complete, working CI/CD pipeline set up in Jenkins that starts from an SVN commit and ends with an automatic deployment to my development, staging, and production environments. The focus is on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment; build automation steps that are not essential to CI/CD can be skipped for now.

Here is what must happen: every new commit to the main SVN repository should trigger Jenkins, run the build, compare the new revision with the previous one using windmerge (WinMerge-style diff), and, once the diff passes my quick visual check, promote the artefact through development and staging before finally pushing it to production. Each promotion should be fully automated yet still leave room for a manual approval gate if I decide to add one later.

Please deliver:
• A well-commented Jenkinsfile (or equivalent scripted pipeline) that defines the whole flow
• Any auxiliary shell or Groovy scripts required for the windmerge diff step
• Instructions for connecting Jenkins to SVN and for pointing each stage at the correct server
• A short README explaining how to reproduce the setup from scratch

If you have recent experience with Jenkins, SVN and windmerge integration, this should be familiar ground. I’ll test the pipeline by committing a small change to SVN; the job is complete when that change reaches my production server without manual intervention." (client-provided description)
