Project description:
"I need a full-fledged ecommerce ecosystem for selling books that lives both on the web and inside native iOS/Android apps, all powered by a single back-end. Customers must be able to pay with PayPal and standard credit-card processing, see real-time freight costs, and track every shipment from dispatch to delivery.
On the marketing front, the platform has to ship with solid SEO foundations and give me the ability to issue vouchers, sell gift cards, and reward loyal shoppers with points. Robust stock control is essential, so the back office must trigger automatic inventory alerts, support batch/edition tracking, and generate clear stock-level reports whenever I need them.
My business model also relies on external partners who upload their own catalogues, so I’ll need a secure, well-documented API that lets them push titles, prices, images, and availability in bulk. Three permission tiers—customer, partner, and admin—should keep everyone in their own lane while giving me full oversight.
Deliverables
• Responsive web storefront
• iOS & Android apps sharing the same back-end
• Shipping calculator and tracking integration
• PayPal + credit-card gateway integration (PCI-compliant)
• Marketing tools (SEO, vouchers, gift cards, loyalty points)
• Inventory alerts, batch tracking, stock-level reports
• Partner API with authentication and documentation
• Source code in Git and a deployment guide
Acceptance criteria will include a successful checkout with both payment methods, low-stock simulations generating alerts, an end-to-end partner catalogue upload via the API, and verification of SEO tags on key pages." (client-provided description)
