"I need a designer/developer to create a static HTML homepage and "About Us" page, similar to the reference site essentia.framer.media. The HTML needs to be structured in a way that I can easily convert it into a dynamic Shopify theme.

Requirements:
- Replicate visual design, text layout, interactive features, animations, and scroll effects from the reference site.
- Deliver a working demo of the first section to prove expertise.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Strong design skills, particularly with animations and scroll effects
