"I run a five-person company and need a lightweight system that lets us keep every contact in one place, assigns follow-up tasks automatically, and replies to customers on WhatsApp without manual effort.

Here’s exactly what I’m after:

• CRM – Contact Management
A clean, searchable database where we can add, edit, tag, and filter our contacts quickly. Basic activity history and notes per contact are enough for now; anything beyond that can stay disabled until we grow.

• Automation – Task Scheduling
When a new contact is added or a status changes, I want tasks to be created and assigned to specific users with due dates, reminders, and simple status updates (pending / in progress / done).

• WhatsApp API – Automated Responses
Integration with the official WhatsApp Business API (or an approved provider) so the system can send predefined, rule-based replies—think “Thanks for reaching out, someone will call you shortly.” Messages should log back into the contact’s timeline.

Deliverables (hand-over ready):
1. Web-based or cloud-hosted CRM with contact import/export.
2. Workflow that turns chosen triggers into scheduled tasks.
