Project description:
"I currently rely on a detailed Excel workbook to create Bills of Quantities for my clients, but it’s become too restrictive. I need the same workflow rebuilt as a secure, browser-based application so multiple business clients can log in simultaneously and generate quotations from anywhere.

The audience is strictly businesses, and inside every business account I want two clear permission levels:
• Administrators – manage company settings, users, price libraries and global reports
• Managers – build quotations, trigger the industry-specific calculations and track their own jobs

Functionally, the new app must:
• Reproduce our industry-specific formulas with identical results to the spreadsheet
• Let users enter project parameters, run the calculations instantly and produce a polished BOQ (PDF and Excel download)
• Give each user a personal dashboard summarising recent quotes, status and key metrics
• Keep data siloed so one business never sees another’s information
• Offer an admin console for price-list updates, role assignment and audit logs
• Provide secure email/password login (SSO or MFA would be a welcome extra)

You are free to propose the tech stack you work fastest in—React + Node, Vue + Laravel, Django, ASP.NET, etc.—as long as the solution is responsive, well-documented and easy to extend. Final hand-over should include the full source code, a short deployment guide (Docker or straightforward server setup is fine) and a brief video or call walking me through the key features.

Acceptance criteria
1. Calculation outputs match my current Excel file to within 0.1% for at least five representative test projects.
2. Generated BOQ downloads open cleanly in both Excel and Acrobat Reader.
3. Role-based access controls are enforced on every endpoint.
4. A fresh user, after cloning the repo and following the deployment guide, can reach the login screen in under 15 minutes.
