I need a Shopify developer to replicate an existing vape e-commerce website and make custom modifications for province-based pricing and payment rules.

Key Requirements:
1. Province Selection at Registration
• During customer registration, users must select their province.
• Product prices should display dynamically based on the selected province.
• Backend should allow setting excise tax rules for each province (base price stays the same, only tax changes).
2. Tax Rules Example:
• Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick:
• Federal Tax: 33.60
• Provincial Tax: 33.60
• More provinces and tax rules should be manageable in the backend.
3. Payments:
• Only enable:
• Credit/Debit cards
• E-transfer
• Disable “Pay Later” and “Cheque” payment options.
4. Products:
• I will add all new products.
• You need to remove all old products before launch.

Skills Needed:
