Project description:
"We are looking for a skilled full-stack developer (or a small team) to help us build an AI-powered modular SaaS web application tailored for private aircraft owners and small aviation businesses.

This platform will serve as a digital AI CEO that coordinates different AI Agents (Assistant, Maintenance, HR, Inventory). The goal is to allow users to manage all aviation-related tasks through a single intelligent dashboard.

Project Scope – MVP (Phase 1):
We want to build the first functional version with the following:

CEO AI Assistant (central command – gives suggestions, summaries, reminders)

Maintenance Tracking Module (input forms, ATA chapter log, alerts)

HR AI Module (crew profiles, training deadlines, certifications)

Admin Panel (enable/disable modules per user)

Authentication/Login

Modular system structure (easily add agents later)

AI Functions:
Connect to OpenAI or Gemini APIs

Prompt templates and vector memory

Self-learning behavior: understand user preferences and habits

Tech Stack (Preferred):
Frontend: React, [login to view URL], Tailwind

Backend: Node.js or FastAPI

Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB

AI API: OpenAI / Gemini

Workflow system (optional): LangChain, n8n

Budget:
We are looking for cost-effective but experienced developers (especially from India or other affordable regions). Our initial MVP budget is around $500–700 USD. If we work well together, this will lead to a long-term collaboration with larger modules and future versions.
Delivery Plan:
Phase 1: Login + Dashboard + CEO AI + Maintenance module (2–3 weeks)

Phase 2: Add other agents (Inventory, Finance, Regulation Tracker, etc.)

Source code must be shared and deployable.

Communication:
Must speak good English.

Regular updates via chat or weekly calls.
