"I am looking for an experienced developer to continue work on an existing AML software project. The customer onboarding UI/UX is already complete, and some functional modules are partially implemented. The main focus now is on reviewing/correcting existing functions and adding new AML compliance features.
Scope of Work:
Function Review & Corrections:
Review existing backend logic for onboarding and compliance checks.
Fix incomplete/incorrect functions to ensure smooth operation.
AML Functional Enhancements:
Screening against sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) lists.
Internal watchlist of names and entities.
Monitoring unusual or suspicious customer activities based on predefined rules.
Case management system with alerts and escalation workflow.
Reporting engine (reports generated based on schema to be provided).
Testing & Documentation:
Verify functionality with sample test data.
Provide clear technical documentation for modules worked on.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AML/KYC or compliance systems (highly preferred).
Strong backend development (Python, Node.js, or Java).
Database integration (SQL/NoSQL) for watchlists and activity logs.
API integration (for sanctions/PEP data sources).
Secure coding practices.
Project Details:
Existing partial codebase and UI/UX will be shared.
