"Design Brief – Interactive Figma Prototype for SaaS Platform

Project Overview
We are building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that integrates AI-powered cameras with a secure cloud dashboard. The platform enables organisations to manage attendance, access control, and security insights.
We need a UI/UX designer to create a clickable Figma prototype of the MVP. This prototype will be used for demonstrations with potential customers, partners, and investors.

Users & Roles
The prototype should cover 3 roles:
Super Administrator (Global Admin): manages tenants, subscriptions, and platform health.
Tenant Super Administrator: manages users, cameras, logs, reports, and alerts for their organisation.
Viewer: has read-only access to run and export reports.

Prototype Goals
Demonstrate the end-to-end workflow: Login → Dashboard → User/Cameras → Recognition Logs → Reports → Alerts → Live Video.
Provide a professional SaaS dashboard look (clean, intuitive, secure).
Be interactive (clickable navigation between pages).
Optimised for desktop web (mobile-friendly is a bonus).

User Management (add, bulk enrol, manage roles)

Style & Branding
Look & feel: Professional SaaS (like Slack, Asana, AWS Console).
Colours: Neutral (white/grey base) with a strong primary accent (blue/green).
Typography: Clean (e.g., Inter, Roboto, Open Sans).
Icons: Flat, modern icons for status and navigation.


Deliverables
Figma file with reusable design components (buttons, tables, charts, modals).
Clickable prototype with navigation between screens.
