"I need an experienced technico-functional hand to keep our Ellucian Banner Student Information System running smoothly. The immediate focus is upgrade and support across Admissions, Registration, and Student Records: diagnosing day-to-day issues, fine-tuning existing rules and workflows, and guiding users when a process or form suddenly stops behaving.

You’ll dive into our current Banner environment, analyse problems as they arise, apply fixes or configurations, and document what you do so the team can follow along next time. When a quick SQL query, page tweak, or rule re-build is the simplest answer, I expect you to execute it; when a deeper functional review is required, walk me through the options and implement the agreed solution.

Success will be measured by:
• A clear, prioritised support ticket list closed on schedule
• Concise change logs and user-friendly documentation for every intervention
• Regular check-ins so I always know which issues are solved, pending, or blocked
