Project description:
"I am building a journal-centric guided-meditation experience whose single purpose is stress relief. Each session starts with the user writing a brief reflection. Moments after they hit save, the system should read that text, identify the dominant mood or trigger, and then serve a tailored audio meditation. The AI’s job is not only to match the moment, but also to notice patterns over days and gently introduce new practices so the user’s repertoire evolves rather than repeats.
Core flow
1. Journaling screen → user writes and submits.
2. NLP layer parses tone, keywords, and context.
3. Recommendation engine returns a suitable meditation script, drawing from a library that can expand over time.
4. Audio player delivers the guidance; text and audio sync so users who prefer silent mode can still follow along.
5. After completion, session data feeds back into the model for smarter future suggestions.
Deliverables
• Mobile MVP running on iOS and Android (Flutter, React Native, or native—whichever you prefer).
• Secure local and cloud storage for journal entries with simple export.
• NLP + recommendation module that produces a suggestion within 30 seconds and avoids repeating the same practice inside a seven-day window unless explicitly requested.
• Starter library of stress-relief meditations; breathing or mindfulness cues may be woven in when they support the journal-driven flow. TTS is fine for the first iteration, but the scripts need to be clean and soothing.
• Basic analytics dashboard summarising usage patterns and most-suggested practices.
Acceptance criteria
• App installs cleanly, launches in under 3 seconds, and keeps data GDPR-safe.
• End-to-end flow—from journal save to audio start—never exceeds 30 seconds on a standard 4G connection.
• All suggestions remain contextually relevant to the submitted text; obvious mismatches count as defects.
Please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline for the MVP, and any prior work that shows you can blend journaling, NLP, and meditation." (client-provided description)
