"I’m ready to launch a full-featured online store for our stationery, office furniture, electronics, EFTPOS terminals and other point-of-sale hardware. The site has two distinct checkout flows: trade customers must be able to place “on-account” orders, while casual shoppers pay instantly with Stripe; if you can also wire in Verifone Payments, that’s a bonus.

Every completed order must trigger an automated export—either .txt or .csv—containing all sale details (items, quantities, prices, customer, payment type, date, order ID). That file then needs to be emailed immediately to our internal processing address so our back-office system can pick it up without manual intervention. Reliability here is critical.

Platform-wise I’m flexible; prefer your own stack if it fits the brief, but outline why it suits split-payment logic, plug-ins for Stripe/Verifone, and custom post-checkout scripting. I already have a few design ideas and reference sites in mind, yet I’m happy to let strong creative direction shine if you have a layout that sells. Mobile-first responsiveness, clean navigation and fast load times matter more than elaborate graphics.

At hand-off I’ll need:
• a live, secure storefront with all payment flows tested
• the automated export-and-email script running reliably
• admin access plus concise setup & maintenance notes
