Project description:
"I’m ready to give our Shopify store a full refresh so it feels as welcoming on a phone as it does on a desktop. My top priorities are a totally re-worked homepage, cleaner product and collection layouts, and rock-solid mobile responsiveness, all wrapped in a look that instantly says “One Tree Hill • UNCW • Wilmington.”
Here’s the vision: a modern, professional theme that leans into a neutral, calming palette—think soft coastal tones—while still letting bright accents pop where they matter. I want shoppers to land on the site and immediately recognize the local vibe without feeling overwhelmed by color. Banners, icons, typography, and any micro-interactions should reinforce that coastal-college energy.
What I need from you
• Install or build a Shopify 2.0-compatible theme and tailor it to our brand assets.
• Redesign the homepage, product pages, and collection grids for faster way-finding and higher conversion, using Shopify’s sections and Liquid where needed.
• Create on-brand banners and visual cues that highlight One Tree Hill, UNCW, and Wilmington throughout the site.
• Optimize every page for speed and full responsiveness; test on the latest iOS and Android devices.
• Hand off a style guide so my team can keep everything consistent after launch.
Acceptance check
I’ll consider the project complete when the live site matches the mockups, passes Shopify’s built-in speed test with an improved score, and renders flawlessly on the latest Chrome, Safari, and mobile browsers.
If you’ve turned cluttered storefronts into clean, on-brand experiences before—and you know your way around Liquid, CSS, and Shopify’s Theme Editor—let’s talk." (client-provided description)
