"My production web app is showing intermittent crash/error messages and a few core features aren’t behaving as expected. I need a methodical pass through the codebase to trace those errors, eliminate the underlying causes, and restore full functionality.

Once stability is restored, I want a light visual facelift focused solely on layout and design—cleaner grids, balanced spacing, modern typography, and an overall sharper look that remains responsive on desktop and mobile. Navigation, icons, and other elements can stay as they are; this is about reorganising what’s already there so the interface feels polished and consistent.

You’ll work in a dedicated branch of the repo, commit in logical chunks, and annotate key changes so I can follow your reasoning. Feel free to lean on your preferred debugging tools—console logs, Chrome DevTools, or monitoring middleware—so long as the final code is tidy and documented.

Deliverables
• All crash/error sources fixed with a brief root-cause note
• Previously broken features functioning reliably and tested in staging
• Updated layouts and design applied across affected views without introducing visual regressions
• Concise change log outlining what you did and how to verify results
