"I’m ready to move my new mobile e-commerce app into the cloud and want the Azure foundation put in place quickly and cleanly. The core requirement is an Azure App Service environment that can host the production build of the app as well as a separate slot for staging.

Here’s what I need you to handle end-to-end:

• Create or tidy up the resource group, spin up an App Service plan sized for typical retail traffic, then deploy the actual App Service with staging and production slots.
• Wire the service to my GitHub repository (GitHub Actions is fine) or an Azure DevOps pipeline so that every push to the main branch lands in staging first and can be swapped to production on approval.
• Set up environment variables, connection strings and application settings so that I can later plug in Azure SQL Database or Blob Storage without major refactoring.
• Enable HTTPS with a free or uploaded certificate, apply basic autoscale rules, and lock the whole thing down behind proper role-based access control.
• Deliver a concise hand-off note (Markdown is fine) explaining the resource names, scaling thresholds, and any scripts you wrote with Azure CLI, Bicep or Terraform.

Acceptance criteria: the app builds from the repo, deploys automatically to the staging slot, swaps cleanly to production, and is reachable over HTTPS at its temporary Azure URL.
