"I already have two pieces of the puzzle ready to go:
• a working Python backend contained in [login to view URL], and
• polished Figma screens that have been exported into a React project.

Your task is to wire them together, add a straightforward username-and-password authentication flow, and push the whole thing live on Heroku—all within the next three to four days.

What I’ll hand over on day one
• the [login to view URL] file with its existing business logic
• the React codebase that mirrors the Figma designs
• Figma access for any visual reference you need
• the Heroku account where the finished app will be deployed

What I need back by the final day
1. Front-end and back-end communicating flawlessly (REST or WebSocket—whichever keeps the codebase lean).
2. Secure sign-up / login built around hashed passwords and environment-driven secrets.
3. A fully-configured Heroku app, database add-ons wired up if required, environment variables set, and the site publicly reachable.
4. A brief hand-off note explaining repo setup, environment variables, and the deployment pipeline so I can redeploy without you.
