"Summary
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Developer (4–5 years) with strong hands-on expertise in ESP-IDF and BLE Bluetooth for our Smart Home Automation products.

Our product line includes smart touch switchboards, fan controllers, AC control modules, dimmable/tunable lights (strip lights, COB lights), and scene creation, child lock, adaptive brightness control features.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize firmware using ESP-IDF for ESP32/ESP32-S3-based devices.
Implement BLE communication protocols for device control and mobile app integration.
Develop features for appliance control (Fan speed, AC on/off, lights dimming/tuning, RGB strip control, COB lights).
Enable scene creation and scheduling functionality.
Work closely with our hardware team to debug, test, and validate firmware on real devices.
Ensure robust, reliable, and scalable IoT device performance.

Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in embedded firmware development.
Strong expertise with ESP-IDF, FreeRTOS, and ESP32 series.
Solid understanding of BLE Bluetooth stack, GATT services, and communication protocols.
Experience with dimming/tuning algorithms for LEDs and fan speed control.
Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, Wi-Fi, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to debug hardware-firmware issues using tools like logic analyzers, oscilloscopes.
Must be based in or willing to work with our team in Ahmedabad, India.


Nice to Have:
Experience with Home Automation standards (Matter, Zigbee, Z-Wave).
Knowledge of cloud integration (AWS IoT, MQTT brokers).
