"I’m building a full-featured mobile learning environment and need a developer who can take it from concept to live release on both iOS and Android.

Learning experience
• Interactive quizzes that grade instantly and feed results into each learner’s profile
• Real-time live classes with chat, hand-raise, and screen-share options

Student management
Each learner must have a secure profile that records progress. An admin-side enrollment panel should let me add or remove students, create cohorts, and view completion stats at a glance.

Monetization
Courses will be sold individually and via subscription, so an in-app payment gateway (Stripe or similar) is essential. Transactions must work seamlessly on both platforms and comply with App Store and Google Play requirements.

Technical expectations
