1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Collect, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.
2. Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team (developers, testers, architects).
• Ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of requirements.
• Communicate changes, updates, and clarifications throughout the project.
3. Documentation & Modelling
• Prepare detailed documents such as:
o Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Maintain change logs and version control for requirements.
4. Solution Design Support
• Validate proposed designs against business goals and constraints.
• Identify potential risks, gaps, or improvements early in the lifecycle.
5. Support During Development & Testing
• Clarify requirements to development and QA teams.
• Help prepare test scenarios and review test cases for coverage.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather feedback.
6. Client Engagement & Presentation
• Prepare presentations, walkthroughs, and demos for client sign-off.
• Conduct stakeholder training or onboarding sessions when needed.
• Gather feedback and ensure alignment throughout each project phase.
7. Change Management & Traceability
• Track requirement changes, their impact, and communicate to all teams.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing.
8. Post-Deployment Support
• Support project handover and production go-live.
