"I need a production-ready mobile application for ordering food and beverages, released simultaneously on Android and iOS. The build can be native or cross-platform—as long as performance stays smooth and store-compliant—but it must include the three pillars of any modern delivery platform:

• Real-time tracking – live GPS location of the rider on a map and continuous order-status updates for the customer.
• Order management – menu browsing, cart, checkout, and a simple back-office view so staff can confirm, prepare, and hand off each order.
• Payment-gateway integration – secure card handling plus Apple Pay / Google Pay where available; PCI-compliant and ready for instant settlement.

Because I’m launching ASAP, code that can be reused or frameworks you already trust (Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, etc.) are welcome. Design can start from a clean template; brand colors and logos will follow once the core flows are wired up.

Deliverables I’ll review for sign-off:
1. Android (AAB) and iOS (IPA/TestFlight) builds ready for store submission.
2. Full source code with clear comments and a brief setup guide.
3. Minimal admin or Postman collection that demonstrates order lifecycle and payment confirmation.
4. One-hour hand-over call or video with screen share to walk me through deployment and store submission steps.
