"I need a compact PHP application that will crawl any given domain, pull out only the visible text strings, and run those strings through Chat GPT for translation. The crawler must leave every bit of markup, CSS class, inline style, JavaScript and data-attribute untouched so the translated version looks and behaves exactly like the original.

When a visitor lands on the site, a dropdown menu should appear (or be integrated into an existing one) so they can switch languages instantly; the script then serves the pre-translated or freshly generated page in that language. Because the source material is plain text, there’s no media rewriting or user-generated content to worry about.

Key expectations
• Single-entry crawler: I enter a root URL and it walks the internal links, obeys [login to view URL], and skips <script>, <style> and similar non-visible nodes.
• Translation layer: calls Chat GPT via API, returns clean UTF-8 strings, preserves placeholders and HTML entities.
• Output handling: reinjects the translated strings into the original HTML, writes to cache / file system so future requests are instant.
• Language switcher: PHP detects the dropdown choice (stored in session, cookie or URL param) and serves the matching cached version, falling back gracefully to the default language.
• Simple config file where I can add/remove target languages, set API keys, time-to-live for cache, crawl depth, and exclusion patterns.
