"I’m building a web presence for my nutrition-tracking mobile app and I’d like the site built in NextJS so it stays blazing fast and SEO-friendly. The immediate focus is a polished landing page that encourages visitors to download the app, followed by a “Why Choose Us” section that goes beyond basic text, images, or simple video; think an engaging, interactive presentation that quickly conveys our unique selling points.

I also need a straightforward blog CMS so I can publish regular nutrition tips and product updates without touching code. A headless option such as Sanity, Strapi, or Contentful is fine—as long as authoring, editing, and scheduling posts feels smooth.

For sign-ups, two forms are required:
• A full registration flow where I can collect custom fields specific to my product (not just name, email, or password).
• A lightweight newsletter form that plugs into a third-party email platform (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit).

Both forms must validate input on the client and server, store data securely, and send confirmation emails. Social authentication is optional for now but the codebase should be structured so it can be added later without major refactoring.
