"I need a straightforward iOS timer that lets a user set an initial countdown, then tap preset buttons—15-minute, 30-minute, and 45-minute 60 mins extensions—to keep it going without resetting the whole clock. When the countdown or any extension finishes, the app must fire both a local notification and an audible alert even if the phone is locked or the app is in the background.

Core flow
• Launch → pick the starting time (wheel or keypad is fine).
• Timer runs in the foreground or background.
• “+15”, “+30”, “+45”, “+60” buttons instantly add time; the remaining time should animate smoothly rather than jump.
• When time hits zero a local notification appears and a short sound plays.

Design & tech notes
– Native Swift / SwiftUI is preferred so the interface feels at home on recent iOS versions.
– No theme customisation is required right now; keeping the UI clean and system-styled is enough.
– Make sure you request the proper notification permission on first launch, handle cases where it is denied, and respect Apple’s background-execution rules.
– Please supply the full Xcode project plus a TestFlight-ready build for quick review.
