Project description:
"I need a full-stack AI solution that can listen to a clinician’s dictation, interpret handwritten or typed prescriptions, and instantly turn that content into a neatly formatted document—saved both as .docx and .pdf. The system must understand and process all major vernacular languages in India, so speech-to-text, NLP and OCR modules have to be trained or fine-tuned for Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and similar languages.

Once the prescription text is captured, I want an integrated genetic screening tool to analyse any uploaded genomic data and append its findings to the same document, ready for the physician to review or share. While genetic screening is the immediate priority, the architecture should leave room for future add-ons such as image analysis or a symptom checker.

Deliverables
• Secure web interface (desktop-first) with login and role management
• Real-time voice recognition, OCR and NLP tuned for Indian languages
• Automatic export of each encounter as Word and PDF, formatted to clinical standards
• Genetic screening module connected to the main workflow and reflected in the final document
• Source code, model weights/API keys and deployment guide (cloud or on-prem)

Acceptance criteria
– ≥95 % transcription accuracy on a supplied test set
– Word & PDF generation in under 10 seconds per script
– Deterministic genetic screening output against a provided benchmark dataset
