"The task is straightforward: run live, online technical interviews for our Java-developer applicants and provide concise, structured feedback to help our hiring panel make fast, confident decisions. Each session lasts about an hour and focuses on Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, problem-solving scenarios, and practical use of Spring, Hibernate, and Struts, plus a quick dive into RESTful design patterns.

I rely on your own 3–5 + years of hands-on coding experience to keep the conversation realistic, probe beyond textbook answers, and gauge how candidates think under pressure. Because the interviews are remote, clear verbal expression and the ability to guide the discussion smoothly are essential; after the call, your written feedback must be equally structured and easy to digest.

Deliverables for every candidate
• A one-page scorecard rating each focus area
• Brief notes highlighting strengths, red flags, and follow-up questions
• A hire/no-hire (or progress) recommendation backed by your reasoning

The schedule is flexible—book slots that fit your calendar—and compensation is issued per completed interview. If mentoring or past interviewing is already part of your background, the ramp-up will be minimal; otherwise, I’ll share our current evaluation template so you can plug your insights straight in.

Tools are yours to choose (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar), as long as the connection is stable and a quick code-share or whiteboard can be launched on the spot.
