"I need two focused enhancements to an existing PHP / MySQL web app that already runs on Bootstrap:

1. Update the current search bar so it accepts a full-name string (“Firstname Lastname”) while still recognising single first- or last-name queries. The results must render in the same Bootstrap-styled table we use elsewhere.

2. Add a “data scrub” utility where a user uploads either an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file containing two columns—First Name and Last Name. The script should parse the file, cross-check each row against our MySQL records, and immediately return the matching entries in a Bootstrap table along with a total-hits count. Upload progress and basic validation feedback should appear inline with our existing UI components.
