"I’m looking to have a lean but fully-functional peer-to-peer car-rental application built, taking inspiration from this reference on the App Store: [login to view URL] The goal is to let two user groups—car owners and renters—connect in one place.

Within the working budget of $200–$250 I need a streamlined MVP that nails the essentials first, so we can validate the concept quickly and add refinements later. Here is the scope I’d like covered at this stage:

Core screens & flows
• Account creation and sign-in for both roles
• Owner dashboard with car-listing management (upload photos, set availability, pricing)
• Earnings view for owners showing completed bookings and payout totals
• Booking center where owners can confirm or decline requests
• Renter interface for browsing/searching cars, viewing details and availability
• Integrated booking and payment flow (Stripe or similar SDK)
• Renter “My Trips” section logging past and upcoming rentals

Nice-to-haves, if time allows under the same budget: basic in-app chat, push notifications for booking status, and a simple ratings screen after each trip.

I already have brand colors and basic UI references; feel free to reuse open-source components to keep costs down. Please tell me which framework (React Native, Flutter, Swift/SwiftUI, etc.) you propose, an outline of milestones, and roughly how many developer days you expect for this MVP.
