"I’m building a native Android app focused on smooth, reliable file conversions. The core flow looks like this: users choose or capture images (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF), tap once, and receive a high-quality PDF, or go the other way and split an existing PDF back into images. A lightweight image compressor and a text-to-PDF creator round out the toolkit.

My priority is a genuinely user-friendly interface—snappy, uncluttered screens, clear progress feedback, and zero-confusion navigation. Accuracy and speed still matter, but an intuitive experience comes first.

Deliverables
• Full Android Studio project with readable, well-commented code
• Four working modules: Image→PDF, PDF→Image, Image Compressor, Text→PDF
• Support for JPEG, PNG, and TIFF input, with output that preserves resolution and orientation
• APK ready for Play Store internal testing plus signing/keystore files
• Brief README covering build steps and any third-party libraries used
