"I’m ready to commission a full-featured Android and iOS application dedicated to delivering academic test series for higher-education students. The core purpose of the app is simple: let users pick an exam, sit timed practice tests right on their phone, and instantly see how they performed.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• Clean onboarding (email, phone or social login) that drops the learner straight into a catalog of available higher-ed exams.
• Each test must run in a timer-controlled environment, record answers locally (in case the network cuts out), and then sync scores to the server for detailed analytics.
• After submission, the user views a clear breakdown: total score, sectional performance, and correct answers with explanations.
• From my side, I need a lightweight web-based admin where new tests, questions, and explanations can be uploaded in bulk (CSV or simple form) and assigned to categories.

I’m happy with Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin—whichever you’re fastest and most comfortable with—as long as the final builds are accepted by both app stores. Please ship:
1. Source code and build instructions.
2. A testable APK/IPA for internal review.
3. Deployment support through to live listings on Google Play and the App Store.
