"Our hospital information system already covers the day-to-day clinical and financial workflow, yet it still operates in isolation from NPHIES. I need a expert developer who can assist my development team to build the integration layer that focuses on insurance approvals and claims.

The scope is narrow but deep:
• Advise and support my development team to build the bridge that lets claims processing, approvals management, and policy verification flow directly between our system and the NPHIES platform.
• Map our current data structures to NPHIES requirements (FHIR/JSON, ICD-10, CPT where applicable) and handle any authentication or security protocols mandated by the Saudi Health Council.
• Advise the team to deliver well-documented endpoints or middleware so my in-house team can maintain and extend the connection after go-live.
• Provide end-to-end testing with real-world claim scenarios to confirm every edge case is covered before we switch to production.

You will be working with an existing codebase (NodeJS back-end and an Angular front-end); please highlight any comparable NPHIES or FHIR projects you have completed. I am available daily for quick stand-ups and can supply full API keys and sandbox credentials as soon as we agree on a timeline." (client-provided description)
