Looking for a Developer to Build a Persian Dating App (Similar to Azizam)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer or team to create a cross-platform dating app (iOS + Android) and website very similar to Azizam.
The app will be designed for the Persian-speaking community worldwide, with features inspired by Iranian culture.

Core Features Required:
• User registration/login (phone, email, or social)
• User profiles with photos + cultural fields (favorite poem, music, etc.)
• Identity verification (video or ID upload → Verified badge)
• Location-based matching (e.g. Iranians in Toronto, Berlin, Tehran)
• Like/Match system + private chat with notifications
• Fun quizzes (personality & cultural) to increase engagement
• Referral/invitation system (users get rewards for inviting friends)
• Admin dashboard (manage users, reports, and content)
• Language support: Persian (default) + option to switch to English later

Important Notes:
• The goal is user growth, not monetization in the beginning.
• The design, look, and feel should be very close to Azizam app/website.
• Must be scalable for future premium features.
