"I need a production-ready food-delivery application that mirrors the core experience of Swiggy or Zomato and runs smoothly on iOS, Android and the web. The build should include real-time order tracking, detailed restaurant listings with menus, and a secure, seamlessly integrated payment gateway.

A separate, web-based dashboard for restaurant partners is essential so they can update menus, manage pricing, accept or reject orders, and track their own analytics without my intervention.

Feel free to suggest the tech stack—Flutter, React Native, native apps, or any modern web framework—so long as it delivers fast load times and a polished UI/UX. I will provide branding assets; you’ll handle architecture, coding, and basic deployment documentation.

On hand-over, I expect:
• Source code for all three platforms
• Build/compile instructions and environment setup notes
• A brief walk-through of the restaurant owner interface and the customer ordering flow
