"I run a 20-room boutique hotel and want a streamlined, modern-looking website (or ready-to-install template) that handles everyday operations without extra fuss. The front-end must let guests browse a photo gallery of our rooms and amenities, check availability in real time, and complete their reservation. On the back-end I need an intuitive dashboard where I can:

• open, modify, or cancel bookings
• record and track income & expenses so I always know daily performance

Smooth payment processing is essential, so please connect the site to at least one reliable payment gateway. I also list rooms on external booking engines, therefore two-way sync with third-party booking platforms is required to prevent double-bookings.

Design direction: clean, modern, and sleek—think bold imagery, clear typography, fast loading.
