Project description:
"I need a lightweight web platform that serves as a central hub for scary and horror-themed videos. Visitors should immediately see a clean menu that lets them browse clips and, at minimum, reorder the catalogue by Most viewed. A dedicated “New Uploads” section has to pull in the latest content automatically so fresh material is always upfront.

Only registered members may contribute videos, so I want an email-and-password sign-up / log-in flow with the standard verification e-mail. Once signed in, a member can upload a file or paste a hosted link, add a title, description, and thumbnail, then publish to the site.

Community interaction is important. A built-in comment system must sit under each video, supporting threaded replies and basic moderation (edit, delete, report). An optional discussion sidebar on the homepage that surfaces recent comments would be a plus, but the core requirement is on-page commenting.

Admin tools should allow me to:
• approve or remove uploads and comments
• feature a video in the “New Uploads” carousel
• view simple stats (views, comments) to understand site activity

Front-end can be React, Vue, or a well-structured template in plain HTML/CSS/JS; back-end can run on PHP, Node, or Python as long as the code is clean, documented, and easy to maintain. A lightweight relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite) will store users, videos, and comments.

1. Fully functional website deployed to my hosting account
