"Description:
I need a working MVP/demo prototype for the following problem statement:
Problem Statement Title:
Development of AI-powered FRA Atlas and WebGIS-based Decision Support System (DSS) for Integrated Monitoring of Forest Rights Act (FRA) Implementation.
(Focus States: Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, Odisha, Telangana)
Important:This is only for a prototype/MVP, not a production system. The goal is to show how the system would look and function if fully implemented. It should look integrated, but actual AI/ML models or real-time integrations are not required at this stage.
Think of it as a hackathon/demo-level project where:
FRA data is digitized in mock form.
AI-based mapping is simulated with sample layers.
WebGIS layers are interactive but run on dummy data.
DSS recommendations are shown via simple rule-based logic, not actual AI inference.
Core MVP Requirements
Digitized FRA data mock-up
Example dataset to simulate structured claims/records → Atlas view.
AI-based Asset Mapping (simulated)
Display detected assets (farms, ponds, forest cover) on sample satellite images.
WebGIS Demo
Interactive layers (district, village, FRA boundaries, assets).
Filters by state/district/village.
Decision Support System (mock DSS)
Simple dashboard that “recommends” government schemes for patta holders.
No actual AI required — just rule-based simulation.
Deliverables
Clickable WebGIS prototype/portal with sample layers.
Simulated AI outputs (dummy classification of land/water/forest).
Mock DSS dashboard with scheme recommendations.
Brief documentation/presentation outlining future scope (real AI/ML, IoT integration, etc.).
Ideal Partner
Experience building MVPs or hackathon demos.
Familiarity with WebGIS tools (Leaflet, Mapbox, ArcGIS, QGIS).
Ability to build a convincing prototype quickly (within 7 days).
Strategic thinker who can make the demo judge-friendly.
When you apply, please answer:
Have you built MVPs/prototypes for hackathons or clients before?
What stack/tools would you use to build this quickly?
How would you make the solution stand out in front of evaluators?" (client-provided description)
