"PHP/MySQL Developer needed for PWA Module with QR & Offline Sync.

I already have a PHP/MySQL water management system with clients, meters and meter readings (bendey_agua database).

I need a new PWA (Progressive Web App) module integrated into the current system:

Keep the current QR code scan functionality (already implemented in the system) and extend it so that readings can also be stored offline and later synced to the meter_readings table.

Save readings online directly into the meter_readings table.

Work offline: if no internet, store readings locally (IndexedDB/SQLite) and sync later when internet is available.

Sync must insert readings into the same meter_readings table.

Use the existing usuario table for login/authentication.

Deliverables: working module integrated into the system + short documentation (installation and usage).
