"I need an end-to-end SaaS web app that lets any gym hand new members a QR code, walk them through two short forms (health & fitness goals and current fitness level), and instantly deliver a personalised training routine and meal plan. From there the app should remember the routine, keep it active for the recommended cycle, then generate a fresh one and log the history so progress is always traceable.

The interface has to feel native on desktop, mobile, and tablet, with three clear roles baked in: Gym Admin, Regular User, and Premium User. Admins get a clean dashboard displaying active users, premium upgrades, and revenue in real time. Users see their programme timeline, completed workouts, and motivational tips. Premium users unlock extra content automatically once their payment clears.

Payments must run on autopilot—monthly gym dues plus an optional premium add-on—using Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay and card processing. A lightweight AI chat (think FAQ helper and motivational coach) should handle basic registration questions and encouragement without slowing the app.

I’m aiming for a deployable MVP in 6–8 weeks. I’m flexible on stack as long as you deliver responsive UI, secure auth, scalable backend, and a well-documented repo ready for cloud deployment. To keep us both aligned, I’ll sign off once the following are live and tested:
