"I need to stand up a small SharePoint intranet site inside our closed network and show clear progress before our review on Wednesday, Sept 17. The site’s purpose is simple: give staff a clean, standard-corporate-looking hub where they can browse and download documents and images without jumping through security hoops.

Because the environment is locked down, you and I will meet online while I share my screen; you’ll coach me through each step—from creating the site collection and libraries to setting up navigation, permissions and versioning. I’m comfortable following directions but need an expert so we avoid common pitfalls and keep momentum high.

Key milestones I’d like to accomplish together:
• Establish a modern SharePoint team site with a standard corporate theme and logo.
• Build clearly labeled libraries for documents and images, both searchable and permission-trimmed.
• Configure metadata, views and a simple homepage that highlights recent or featured resources.
• Document the steps so I can maintain the site once the project review is over.
