"I run a small service-based business and I’m ready to give my customers an easy way to book, reschedule, and pay from their phones. The goal is a polished, user-friendly service booking app that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android.

Core flow: customers browse available services, pick a time slot, make secure payments, and receive instant confirmation plus push reminders. On my side I need a lightweight admin area (mobile or web) to adjust service offerings, staff schedules, and pricing in real time. Clean UI/UX is critical; I’d like a look that feels modern yet matches my existing brand colours and logo.

I’m open on tech—React Native, Flutter, or separate Swift/Kotlin builds all work as long as the final binaries pass App Store and Google Play guidelines and can be maintained with minimal overhead. The code should be well-commented and handed over in a Git repo.

Because I plan to launch within a month, an agile approach with frequent test builds is essential. I’ll provide wireframes and copy on day one; you’ll handle full development, basic QA, and store submission.
