"I need a compact WordPress-based training site (only four to five public pages) that projects a professional, corporate look. The core pages will be a home page, searchable course catalogue, individual course detail, “become an instructor” application page, and a contact/enquiry page.

Key requirements
• WordPress install and theme styling that matches a clean, business-oriented aesthetic.
• “Become Instructor” flow: front-end form that captures basic details and stores them in the dashboard (email notification to admin is fine).
• Course catalogue laid out so I can add or edit courses myself later, with thumbnail, price field, and short description.
• Simple enquiry mechanism on every course and on the contact page—either a modal form or embedded form—that delivers messages to my admin email.
• All content must be responsive and load quickly on mobile and desktop.
