"I have a web project that mixes vanilla JavaScript and core Java code, and persistent bugs are blocking the next release. I need an experienced developer who can dive straight into the existing codebase, trace the problems, and deliver clean, well-documented fixes.

The stack is mostly plain JS on the front end with several Java servlets on the back end—no modern framework layer in between—so you will be working directly with ES6 modules, DOM manipulation, and standard Java classes. Source lives in Git; you’ll receive access to a feature branch and a short walkthrough of the current bug reports.

What I expect from you:
• Identify root causes quickly by stepping through the code, reproducing the bugs, and isolating the faulty logic.
• Patch the issues without introducing regressions, following the existing coding style.
• Commit frequently with clear messages and open a pull request marked ready for review once all tests pass.
