"I’m ready to build a social-gaming hub similar to WePlay, released simultaneously on iOS and Android. The core of the product is real-time voice/text chat wrapped around a catalogue of casual titles: classic Puzzle games, fast-paced Action games, Card games, plus Jakaroo, Chess, Ludo, Sap Sidi, and a Truth or Dare room. Each game must launch instantly from a shared lobby and keep players connected through in-game chat so the conversation never drops when they switch tables.

I want a complete proposal that walks me through:

• the tech stack you recommend for cross-platform delivery (e.g., Unity/Unreal for gameplay, React Native or Flutter for the shell, Node/Firebase or [login to view URL] for live messaging)
• how you will handle matchmaking, friend lists, moderation, and scalable back-end architecture
• a milestone plan that shows when you will prototype one game, integrate chat, roll out the rest of the titles, and polish the UI/UX
