"I run a local delivery service and need a cross-platform Flutter application that customers can use to create an order and instantly see the shortest route on an embedded map. The routing layer must rely on Apple Maps (MapKit) rather than Google or OpenStreetMap. As soon as the user enters pickup and drop-off addresses, the app should call the MapKit Directions API, draw the optimal path, and display distance plus ETA.

After the order is placed, the customer must be able to track the courier’s live position on that same map. Real-time updates—pushed every few seconds—are essential for a smooth experience similar to food-delivery or ride-hailing apps.

Scope of work
• Build the Flutter project for both iOS and Android.
• Integrate Apple Maps SDK with shortest-path routing and polyline drawing.
• Implement real-time order tracking (driver location stream to customer view).
• Provide clean UI screens: address form, route preview, live-tracking status.
• Supply well-commented source code and a concise setup guide (README).

I am not adding payments, social logins, or push notifications in this first release, but please structure the code so those modules can drop in later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Project compiles in Xcode and Android Studio with no extra paid services beyond Apple Maps.
2. Route appears immediately after addresses are entered and shows distance + ETA.
3. Customer map updates reliably as the courier moves (≤ 5 s refresh).

Deliver the code in a Git repository; once the above points work smoothly, the milestone is complete." (client-provided description)
