Project description:
"We are a pulses processing unit. We have about 2000 regular buyers. We require a platform for our clients which will help them to track the transactions like their purchase bills and payments.
The project involves creating a cross-platform application (mobile-first) that serves three user types—Admin, Broker, and Client—with distinct permission sets for Admin and Broker. Customers register with their mobile number, confirm by OTP, then set a 4–6 digit MPIN for all future logins or we provide them the user IDs and passwords for their logins.
Core user journey
• Clients link to a broker, enter a “Quick Shop” fed by a CMS catalogue, complete a purchase, and automatically earn coins on everytime if they return the goods (transaction of purchase return) and any other specific discount.
• Outstanding dues appear with endless-scroll pagination and a comment thread per bill.
• Push and in-app notifications fire for upcoming due dates, new comments, chat updates and any change in bill or payment status.
Data layer
The schema is outlined—Bills, Clients, Brokers, Admins, Users, Firms. Build the relational database and expose clean REST or GraphQL endpoints.
Tally integration
Sales and bank-receipt data must be pulled from Tally through its official APIs and displayed inside the app in near-real-time.
We prefer an edit access to the admins to change any of the data taken out by API.
UI/UX touchpoints
• Role-based screens for each user type
• In-app chat with optional voice notes
• One-tap PDF generation and native sharing of invoices/receipts
• Phone numbers stay visible on every relevant screen for instant call/SMS actions.
Scalability notes
Architecture should leave room for an upcoming in-app shop and, later, digital currency modules.
Deliverables
1. Complete source code (frontend and backend) with a clear setup guide
2. API documentation (Swagger or Postman collection)
3. Deployed build on our Firebase, Heroku or AWS account
4. Short demo video showing: role-based access, phone + MPIN login flow, coin accrual after purchase, Tally data rendering, and functioning notifications
Acceptance hinges on successfully reproducing that demo flow while logged in as each role." (client-provided description)
