"I need a purpose-built Android application that lets our workshop team track every repair in real time and instantly see how productive each mechanic is throughout the day. The core feature set must cover two pillars: precise repair tracking (jobs opened, status changes, parts used, time on task) and clear productivity analytics that convert those data points into easy-to-read KPIs for mechanics and service managers alike.

Only mechanics and service managers will log in, so the interface can stay streamlined—fast job creation for technicians, and a management view with aggregate dashboards and exportable reports. Scheduling or customer-facing modules are out of scope for now; I want you to focus all effort on perfecting the tracking and analytics workflow on Android.

Please build natively in Kotlin or with a performant cross-platform stack that compiles to a high-quality Android APK. REST or GraphQL endpoints from our existing shop system are available; if you need mock APIs first, note that in your bid.

Deliverables:
• Complete Android source code and Gradle project
• Signed, installable APK for internal testing
• Basic setup guide and API endpoint documentation
• Short walkthrough video or screenshots proving the repair flow, dashboard, and export work as described

Acceptance criteria will be a smooth, bug-free install on our shop tablets, correct data capture from at least five live test repairs, and accurate productivity metrics that match our manual calculations.
