"I need a compact owner-side application that lets me add or remove staff, track their daily attendance and leave balances in real time, and push payslips—all while employees interact solely through WhatsApp. The flow I have in mind is simple: workers send #punchin or #leave to a Twilio WhatsApp number; the backend time-stamps the request, updates the Firebase / Supabase log, and notifies the Owner App. Payslip links will also be delivered over the same chat channel.

Attendance and leave tracking is the first milestone, so the punch-in/#leave commands and their reflection inside the dashboard must be fully functional before we expand to payroll or Razorpay subscription handling. I will provide Twilio credentials and WhatsApp templates; you can choose Firebase or Supabase, but the structure must remain lightweight and scalable.
