Project description:
"I’m building a new social-networking experience and need the entire mobile solution produced for both iOS and Android. The scope stretches from early-stage UI/UX through to App Store and Google Play submission, so I’ll rely on you to take the concept all the way to launch.

Core needs
• Modern, intuitive interface that feels native on each platform
• Secure user registration / login (email, phone, or social sign-in)
• Personal profiles with photo, bio and follow functionality
• Feed where members can post text, images and short videos, then like or comment in real time
• One-to-one and group chat with push notifications
• Scalable backend (Firebase, AWS Amplify, Supabase or similar) with GDPR-compliant data storage
• Basic analytics dashboard for me to track growth and engagement

Deliverables
1. Clickable high-fidelity Figma (or Sketch/XD) prototype for approval
2. Source code for both platforms (React Native, Flutter or separate Swift + Kotlin builds—your call, so long as performance is smooth)
3. Cloud backend configuration, security rules and documented API endpoints
4. TestFlight and internal testing builds, complete with unit and UI test coverage
5. Final binaries successfully published on App Store and Google Play, including store listing assets
6. A concise hand-over guide covering architecture, deployment steps and how to add future features

Acceptance criteria
• Apps load to first content in under three seconds on mid-range devices
• No critical or high-severity bugs in the final QA round
• 100 % of key user flows pass automated tests
• Both stores approve the first submission without policy flags
